Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. She earned her Pro Card only one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the oldest IFBB Pro. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her education at college. The year 2015 saw her continue her journey from the previous year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed for a long time and establishing new goals every year. In 2009 she had won four fitness titles. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel's favorite body part to train is her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving onto working sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
